2. Use of Services
You may use our services only as permitted by law and these terms. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with our platform, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Fonoa AI platform, including all software, documentation, and content, is owned by Fonoa AI Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
5. Service Level & Availability
We target 99.99% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fonoa AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
